摘 要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在企业管理中应用的普及，利用计算机实现企业人事管理势在必行。本系统采用功能强大的Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具开发出来的单机版人事管理系统。整个系统操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全经过实际使用证明，系统可以满足公司人事管理方面的需要。企业管理Visual Basic6.0； Abstract With the rapid development of computer technology, the popular of computer application in business and enterprises management, implementing personnel management of enterprises by computers is imperative. To effectively improve the existing enterprise personnel management, and the information management efficiency of improving wages for workers, assessment, incentives, a personnel management system is developed. This paper discusses the technical methods, general design, detailed design and system implementation of the personnel management system. This system is developed as a stand-alone version of the personnel management system by a powerful development tool Visual Basic6.0. This system consists of eight modules: basic data management, employee file management, integrated management of staff, staff training management, personnel work management, query statistics management, customer information management and system alerts. The whole system is simple, user friendly, flexible, practical and safe.
