摘要

电力行业作为国家经济的命脉之一，无论在工农业建设还是普通民用都扮演着中流砥柱的作用，为社会主义现代建设奠定了坚实的基础。宏观意义电力行业需要通过客观缜密的工厂供配电系统设计体现，这是本设计的价值所在。本设计内容针对郑州某电机修造厂的供配电设计，据任务书要求，通过查阅相关资料文献，运用大学阶段学习成果，通过具体讨论工厂配电系统方案设计的原理，进行总体设计和详细分析说明，包括：负荷计算和无功功率补偿、变电所位置和型式的选择、变电所主变压器台数和容量、类型的选择、变电所主接线方案、短路电流的计算、变电所一次设备的选择与校验、变电所出线的选择、变电所二次回路方案的选择与继电保护的整定、防雷保护与接地装置。以科学严谨的方法完成本设计的内容，达到设计任务书的要求，将电力行业中的单元组成——工厂供配电系统设计反应出来。

ABSTRACT

Powerindustryasthelifebloodofthenationaleconomy,bothinindustrialandagriculturalconstructionorordinarycivilianplaysapillarofstrengthforthesocialistmodernizationconstructionhaslaidasolidfoundation.Macrosensethepowerindustryneedsthroughobjectivecarefulplantdesignreflectsthesupplyanddistributionsystem,whichisthedesignvalue.ThedesigncontentforamotorbuiltfactoryinZhengzhouforthedistributiondesign,accordingtothemissionstatementrequirements,accesstorelevantinformationthroughliterature,theuseofuniversitylevellearningoutcomes,throughspecificdiscussionofplantdistributionsystemdesignprinciples,designandcarryoutadetailedanalysisoftheoverallDescription,including:loadcalculationandreactivepowercompensation,substationlocationandtypeselection,andthenumberofmaintransformersubstationcapacity,typeofselection,substationmainWiring,short-circuitcurrentcalculations,asubstationequipmentselectionandvalidation,substationoutletchoice,substationsecondarycircuitprogramselectionandtuningprotection,lightningprotectionandgroundingdevices.Rigorousscientificmethodtocompletethecontentofthisdesign,tomeetthedesignrequirementsofthemissionstatement,theelectricpowerindustryintheunits-factoriesreflectedsupplyanddistributionsystemdesign.
