基于地域文化视角杭州主题酒店的发展研究

摘要

以酒店所在的地区，利用内涵深厚的地域文化为主题的酒店被称之为地域文化主题酒店，它是主题酒店的一种。随着全球经济以指数形式飞速发展，全国各地的主题酒店行业迅速扩大规模，但是很多酒店往往只照顾到酒店自身的气派和豪华，却忽视了对于当地文化的传播和利用，也忽视了对于当地民风特色的最大化利用。此外，主题酒店的发展还伴随着抄袭，缺乏创新。随着我国人民的生活水平不断提高，人们对于居住的酒店的需求不仅仅是居住舒适而已，而是在酒店的服务和特色以及人文文化上面有了更高的追求。为了同时解决酒店相似化严重的问题和满足顾客更高更深层次的需求，琳琅满目的地域文化主题酒店应运而生。目前，全国各度主题酒店层出不穷，但真正具有独一无二地域文化的酒店却是少之又少。所以如何发展具有独特的杭州地域文化的主题酒店成为当务之急，本篇论文通过对主题酒店国内外发展现状的研究，并结合对杭州雷迪森龙井庄园的运营分析，提出杭州雷迪森龙井庄园目前发展存在的问题，并结合存在的问题，提出合理化建议。

ABSTRACT

Thehotelislocatedintheregion,theuseofprofoundregionalcultureasthethemeofthehoteliscalledtheregionalculturethemehotel,itisathemehotel.Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheglobaleconomyintheformofanindex,thethemehotelindustryacrossthecountryhasexpandedrapidly,butmanyhotelstendtoonlycareaboutthehotelsownstyleandluxury,butignorethedisseminationandutilizationoflocalculture,aswellasthemaximumutilizationoflocalfolkcharacteristics.Inaddition,thedevelopmentofthemehotelsisaccompaniedbyplagiarismandlackofinnovation.WiththecontinuousimprovementofChinesepeopleslivingstandards,peoplesdemandforlivinginthehotelisnotonlycomfortable,butinthehotelsserviceandcharacteristicsandculturalaboveahigherpursuit.Inordertosolvetheseriousproblemofhotelsimilarityandmeetthehigheranddeeperneedsofcustomers,awiderangeofregionalculturalthemehotelsemergeatthehistoricmoment.Atpresent,thethemehotelsemergeinendlessly,butthehotelswithuniqueregionalculturearefewandfarbetween.Sohowtodevelopauniqueregionalculturethemehotelhangzhoubecometheurgentmatter,thispaperbasedontheresearchofthethemehoteldevelopmentpresentsituationathomeandabroad,an
