龙源版权所有 高校物流管理专业课程思政建设的路径研究作者：尚晓彤 尚明瑞 夏敬飞来源：《物流科技》2022年第10期 摘 要：在物流产业的蓬勃发展下，用人单位对人才的专业水平和职业素养等方面提出了更高的要求。高校是培养专业人才的重要基地，课程思政是当今立德树人的重要方式之一，如何将物流管理专业课程与课程思政有机融合是当下教育的重点。鉴于此，文章聚焦于物流管理专业，从专业课程的实际特点出发，结合物流管理专业课程思政的建设现状，提出了实现专业课程与思政教育有效融合的路径，以期为课程思政建设提供新思路，实现高校立德树人的根本目标。 关键词：物流管理专业;课程思政;融合;途径 中图分类号：G641 文献标识码：A DOI：10.13714/j.cnki.1002-3100.2022.10.043 Abstract：With the vigorous development of the logistics industry， employers have put forward higher requirements on the professional level and professional quality of talents. Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating professional talents， and teaching courses from ideological and political perspective is one of the important ways to build morality and cultivate people. How to organically integrate logistics management curriculum and curriculum on ideological and political dimension is the focus of current education. In view of this， the paper focuses on the logistics management specialty. Starting from the actual characteristics of the specialty curriculum and combining with the current situation of the ideological and political construction of the logistics management specialty curriculum， it proposes a path to effectively integrate the specialty curriculum and the ideological and political education， in order to provide new ideas for the ideological and political construction of the curriculum and achieve the fundamental goal of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities. Key words： logistics management; courses from ideological and political perspective; integration; ways 0 引 言 高校是培养专业人才的摇篮，一直以来，培养什么样的人才？如何培养人才？是高校面临的现实问题。2020年，教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，其指出全面推进课程思政建设是落实“立德树人”根本任务的战略举措，课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务[1]。近几年，“课程思政”成为了当下教育教学改革发展的新方向，高校思政工作的核心是坚持以立德树人为根本，着重把思政教育与专业课程教学有机结合，实现教育发展新格局。 在物流产业的高速发展下，行业专业人才缺口大，特别是对高素质人才需求迫切，因此在物流管理专业课程中开展课程思政的教育改革迫在眉睫。高校教师有必要将物流管理专业课程中的思政元素进行深度挖掘，加快推进课程思政的教学改革，寻找教学内容与思政元素的结合点，提升学生的社会责任感和民族使命感，以为社会输送高质量人才。 1 课程思政的内涵与特点 自“课程思政”的教育理念诞生
