旋转木马结构设计与动态仿真 PAGE II PAGE I 摘 要 本设计主要基于以往普通旋转木马存在的一些安全问题而进行的结构设计和动态仿真,以达到提高安全性的目的。在设计的过程中,针对存在的问题,对其结构进行改进和重新设计,并对主轴进行加工工艺设计,再通过AutoCAD会出整体结构的装配图和各个零件图,为制造加工实物提供图纸依据,然后通过Pro/E进行实体建模和装配,以实现动态仿真。全文除了摘要、毕业设计任务书之外,还详细的说明了各种零件设计选择的基本要求和原则依据,如蜗轮蜗杆二级减速器的设计,主要包括电机的选择,传动参数计算,传动零件设计,轴的计算及轴上零件的选择校核,润滑和密封等。本设计采用了制动电机,为应对突发情况,实现快速制动;同时降低了转盘距地面的高度,大大提高了旋转木马的安全性。此外,在该装置中添加了扭矩限制联轴器,起到防过载的作用;滚轮采用球面滚轮,从而增加了接触面积,同时在滚轮处采用弹簧减震装置等。这些设计,使旋转木马在提高安全性的同时,提高了稳定性和使用寿命,降低了噪声。 关键词 旋转木马,动态仿真,安全性,结构设计 Abstract This design is largely based on common carousel in the past some of the security problems of structural design and dynamic simulation, to achieve the aim of increased security. During the design process, present problems, again to improve its structure and design, and AutoCAD is the overall structure of assemblies and individual parts, providing drawings for manufacturing process physical basis, and then through the Pro/E for solid modeling and Assembly, to achieve dynamic simulation. All papers in addition to summary, graduation assignments, also has detailed descriptions of principles and basic requirements of the various design options based on secondary reducer of worm gear design, including selection of motor, transmission parameters calculation, design of transmission parts, parts select check on calculation of shafts and shaft, lubricating and sealing. This design uses a brake motor, in response to emergency situations, enabling rapid braking; at the same time reduce the height of the turntable from the ground, greatly improve the security of the carousel. In addition, the device has add torque limiting couplings, to prevent overloading; wheel with spherical wheel, thus increasing the contact area, and spring damping equipment at the wheel. These designs, the carousel while improving security, improved stability and service life, lower noise.
