? ? 探讨分析医院感染护理管理在口腔门诊的实施效果 ? ? 【摘 要】目的：分析口腔门诊实施医院感染护理管理的临床效果。方法：本次研究时间为2019年3月~2020年4月，共选择100例口腔门诊患者在本院接受治疗。将所有患者随机分为两组。甲组予以常规门诊管理，乙组实施医院感染护理管理。分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果：乙组患者的护理满意度较甲组明显更高，P<0.05；乙组患者的感染率较甲组明显更低，P<0.05。结论：在口腔门诊中实施医院感染护理管理措施，有利于提高患者的护理满意度，减少感染发生，值得进一步完善和推广。 【Keys】医院感染护理管理；口腔门诊；实施效果 Objective to explore and analyze the implementation effect of hospital infection nursing management in oral outpatient department Wang Xiao-min, Li Fang-liang(correspondence author ) (Chongqing University Affiliated Three Gorges hospital WanzhouChongqing 404000 ) [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of nursing management of nosocomial infection in stomatological outpatient department. Methods: This study was conducted from March 2019 to April 2020. A total of 100 outpatients were selected for treatment in our hospital. All patients were randomly pided into two groups. Group A was given routine outpatient management, group B was given hospital infection nursing management. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was analyzed. Results: the nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, P < 0.05; the infection rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of hospital infection nursing management measures in stomatological outpatient department is conducive to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduce the incidence of infection, which is worthy of further improvement and promotion.
