PAGE 1 淮安河下古镇旅游开发对周边社区的影响分析 摘要: 二十一世纪以来，我国经济迅速增长，居民收入稳步提升，旅游业也高速发展，使得旅游不再是有钱人的出行活动。近年来，随着旅游者的文化素质和欣赏水平的提升，古镇旅游成为了继红色旅游之后的又一个突起点，备受游客青睐。尤其是在建设部和国家文物局在2003、2005、2007年分三批公布中国历史文化名镇85座和历史文化名村72座后，古镇和古村的知名度显著提高，极大的促进了古镇、古村落的旅游发展。淮安河下古镇位于淮安市楚州区西北边缘,形成于春秋末期,至今已经有2500多年的历史,是2002年国家建设部评定的全国三十家重点保护历史街区,有着许多的历史文化古迹和深厚的人文底蕴。今年来地方政府大力发展地方旅游业，为再现古镇明清风貌，加大了河下古镇旅游开发的力度。在在古镇开发的过程中必定会对周边社区造成影响。本文首先利用swot分析法对淮安河下古镇的旅游开发进行细致分析，通过这样认清淮安河下古镇旅游开发的形势，然后再通过这些分析出其对周边社区的影响，包括在环境人文等方面，并提出一些解决措施。希望能够为淮安河下古镇在旅游开发的过程中与周边社区的关系处理提供依据和借鉴。 关键词：旅游开发、分析方法、对策分析  Abstract: The 21st century ,china’s rapid econotouristmic growth ,the steady rise of people’s income,tourism is developing rapidly. In recent years ,with the improvement of cultural quality of the tourists and appreciste the level of ascension ,the ancient town tourism has become after the red tourism has a protuberant point ,favored by tourist.Especially in the contrustion ministry and state administration of cultural village heritage in 2003,2005,2007,three Chinese history and culturetown of 85 and the historic and cultural village after 72,the ancient village visibility significantly increased,greatly promoted the town and the tourism development of ancient villages. Huaian under river town located in the northwest edge of huaian chuzhou district, formed in the late spring and autumn period, has been 2500 years of history, is the national ministry of construction in 2002 to assess the national key protection of historic blocks, 30 has many historical and cultural monuments and profound cultural background.
