PAGE I 家用小型核桃去壳机设计 摘 要 家用核桃去壳机主要便于家庭食用核桃，根据核桃的品种不同，结构差异，为了取仁完整，降低核桃仁的破损率，必须要了解家用核桃去壳机的工作原理，结构特点，达到效率高，结构稳定性好，功率稳定，核桃仁破碎率低的最佳脱壳效果，设计出一种更好的核桃去壳机对于核桃的深加工具有非常重要的意义。 本次设计的家用核桃去壳机组成结构包括：电动机、传动轴、入料斗、出料斗、机架、滚轮、滚刀、钢丝网、筛网、防护罩等。 本篇文章首先取样并调查分析了现有家用核桃去壳机的现状，再针对其缺点提出此次设计方案，然后对该家用核桃去壳机进行细致的计算、设计、校核，最后用AutoCAD绘制去壳机的装配图以及主要零件的零件图。此篇文章将会对日后家用核桃去壳机的设计和改进均有十分重要的参考价值。 关键词 核桃；去皮；清洗；旋切；栅条 Design of small walnut sheller Abstract Walnut sheller is mainly used for hard shelling of walnuts. With different varieties of walnuts, different yields and integrity of nuts, different shelling principles and structures, how to achieve the best shelling effect of compact structure, stable and reliable performance, high shelling efficiency and low breaking rate of walnuts, it is of great significance to design a better walnut sheller for deep processing of walnuts. The design of the green walnut peeling machine mainly from the rack, into the hopper, blocking plate, motor, drive shaft, peeling roller, hob, trash rack, wire brush, screen, water pipe, protective cover, the hopper , the hybrid bucket other components. Firstly, through the investigation and analysis of the status of this proposed walnut peeling machine design, then the walnut peeling machine of the main components of the detailed design and verification, and finally draw the assembly drawing and the major components of the AutoCAD drawing software parts diagram. Research methods to design and improve the future of all kinds of nuts and shell peeling machine has a good reference value.
