PAGE PAGE 18 浅析企业财务风险的影响因素 内 容 摘 要 随着我国综合国力的上升，人类生活质量不断提高，对衣食住行等各方面的要求都不断增加，市场经济也跟着不断发展了起来，在这样的态势下，企业之间的竞争也越来越大。在这样的一种竞争环境下，企业的经营者、管理者及财务人员必须了解什么样的决策行动会影响到企业的财务风险，还必须要掌握财务数据的发展趋势，从而才能全面、系统、有效地管理企业的财务风险，做出正确的、有利于企业后续发展的决策。只有做出有效的管理才能使企业的财务风险得到控制、扭转，最终获得更多收益，最后使企业持续发展。由此看来，无论是针对内在发展还是对外竞争，研究企业财务风险影响因素这个课题都是十分重要的。 本文共用七部分来分析阐述企业财务风险的影响因素：第一部分，主要介绍研究企业财务风险影响因素的背景及研究本课题的现实意义；第二部分，大致说明本文研究的内容及所使用的研究方法；第三部分，介绍企业财务风险的理论知识，包括定义、性质等；第四部分，分析本文所研究的上市公司——北汽福田的财务状况；继而引出第五部分，该公司的的财务风险状况和经营状况；第六部分，引出主题，分析财务风险的影响因素；第七部分，对如何降低企业的财务风险提出建议。 关键词：财务风险，影响因素，制造企业Abstract With the rise of China's comprehensive national strength, the quality of human life continues to improve, the requirements for food, clothing, housing and transportation are increasing, the market economy is also developing, in such a situation, the competition between enterprises is becoming bigger and bigger. In such a competitive environment, the enterprise operators and managers and financial personnel must understand what kind of decision actions will affect the financial risk of the enterprise, also must want to grasp the development trend of financial data, thus to comprehensive, system, effective enterprise financial risk management, make the right, conducive to the development of enterprise subsequent decisions. Only by making effective management can the financial risk of the enterprise be controlled and reversed, and finally obtain more benefits, and finally make the enterprise sustainable development. Therefore, no matter for internal development or external competition, it is very important to study the influencing factors of enterprise financial risk. This paper uses seven parts to analyze and expound the influencing factors of enterprise financial risk. The first part mainly introduces the background of the research on the influencing factors of enterprise financial risk and the practical significance of the research. The second part describes the content and methods of this research. The third part, int
