Test Conditions
Preface
This Test Specification (PV) describes the testing and reliability testing conditions which the prod‐
uct to be developed must meet and overcome. The tests described in this document are broken
down into the following categories:
– Incoming goods inspection;
– Electrical characterization;
– Aging tests;
– Safety tests;
– Environmental tests;
– Test sequences.
Requirements and/or criteria necessary for passing individual tests, or all tests, listed in this docu‐
ment must be taken from the respective Component Performance Specification.
Note:
The content of this PV must not be made accessible to third parties without the express permission
of the appropriate Volkswagen AG departments.
