PAGE 连江县市级课题“初中英语课堂词汇教学研究” Unit 4 Topic 3 China is the third nation that sent a person into space Section B Teacher: Lv Xiaodan Class : Class Ten, Grade Nine 指导老师：兰万明老师 本节课主要对词汇教学在初三教学中的应用进行研究及探讨。整节课主要采用了根据音标写单词，利用句子猜词义及构词法如前后缀，合成词等方法学习新单词，并通过句子适当形式填空及综合填词完成文章等方法对所学单词进行巩固提升，即采用了从词到句再到语篇这样一个循序渐进的步骤对初三教学进行研究。 Ⅰ. Material analysis 本课是九年级第四单元第三话题的第二课时。主活动是1a。1a通过Kangkang向Mr. Brown了解宇宙飞船的相关知识，把话题的内容由宇宙飞船引入到电脑科技并继续学习定语从句。1b主要是培养学生运用已知的知识来推断未知的知识的能力。1c则是通过完成短文来复述1a的内容。2是训练“听并排序”和“听并记录”的技能，在训练技能的同时拓展了学生的知识面。3是典型的语法操练，巩固定语从句关系代词的运用。4将语音语调的训练与定语从句结合了起来。 Ⅱ. Teaching aims 1. Knowledge aims： (1). Master some words, phrases and useful expressions. (2). Grammar: Go on learning attributive clause 2. Skill aims: (1). Be able to make predictions based on what you know before listening. (2). Be able to get the main idea of a passage. 3. Emotional aims: (optional) Encourage students to master computer technology so as to serve our country better. Ⅲ.The key points and difficult points 1. Key points (1).Words: electronic, spacesuit, telescope (2). Phrases: master computer technology, advise sb. to do sth., make sb./sth. do, made up one’s mind to do sth. (3). Sentences: ①. Could you tell me some recent spaceship developments? ②.Spaceships which now mainly use electronic controls used to be controlled by astronauts. ③. Astronauts use computers to control the speed and direction of their spaceships, even the temperature. ④. I advise you to discover new ways to make computers serve us better. ⑤. Thanks for your introduction. ⑥. I think that if I work hard then nothing is impossible. 2. Difficult points： (1).
