PAGE 23 PAGE 1 机器视觉技术在农产品自动分拣中的应用研究 摘 要 作为一个人口大国，农业是我国非常重要的产业部门，关乎到我国国民的生存。前几年，我国的农业结构进行了调整，使得我国农业的市场化、规模化和产业化得到了进一步的发展和建设，从而提高了我国农产品的产量。因此，保持农产品的高品质就变得越来越重要，所以农产品的分拣活动也变得更加重要。而我国农产品的分拣方式以及分拣技术相对于其他发达国家来说，还处于比较落后的状态。因此，我们需要研究并开发出新的农产品自动分拣技术来加快我国农产品的分拣速度以及使农产品保持较好的品质。 机器视觉技术是使用图像采集系统采集检测对象的图像并从图像中提取该检测对象的图像信息，然后将图像信息转化成相对应的数字信息，运用算法对这些信息进行处理然后进行分析，从而得到最终处理和分析的结果。因此机器视觉技术主要用于对检测对象进行实际的检测、测量和控制。 本文将通过查阅相关文献，了解国内外有关机器视觉技术在农产品自动分拣应用的研究现状以及发展现状，然后再概括分析机器视觉应用于农产品自动分拣的成功案例，并且通过研究分析，找到机器视觉技术在农产品自动分拣应用中存在的问题，最后提出解决这些问题的相关举措。 关键词：农产品；自动分拣；机器视觉技术 Application of machine vision technology in automatic sorting of agricultural products Abstract As a populous country, agriculture is a very important industry sector in China, which is related to the survival of Chinese people. A few years ago, Chinas agricultural structure has been adjusted, so that the marketization, scale and industrialization of Chinas agriculture has been further developed and built, so as to improve the output of Chinas agricultural products. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to maintain the high quality of agricultural products, so the sorting activities of agricultural products become more important. However, the sorting method and sorting technology of agricultural products in China are still in a relatively backward state compared with other developed countries.
