摘 要 随着中国各方面的发展，我国的经济建设的速度和科学发展水平在不停的提高，与此同时人们的生活水平也在飞速的提升，部分城市的禁摩政策出台。相比十多年前，现在的中国家庭私家车的总量可以说是翻了好几倍，私家车的大量普及给我们带来了许多便利的同时也带来了许许多多的交通问题，其中最主要的一个问题是停车难。为了解决这个头疼的城市难题，无论是停车场的管理员们，还是广大的车友们，都非常需要有一套安全可靠快捷方便的停车管理系统。停车管理系统比起以往人工的传统记录，更加的省时省力、可靠、高效、节约成本。 停车管理系统是一套主要功能包括：车辆登记入场；车辆的停车收费；停车场内记录显示和修改；车辆的出入日志等的系统。 这个系统使用了JSP、Bootstrap、Tkinter、opencv、MySQL5.5、Tomcat6等技术(工具)，可以基本的完成一个停车场的日常管理工作。其中的功能包括了：管理员的登录功能，识别摄像头中车辆的车牌、车型、颜色的功能，实时显示停车场车位的功能，修改场内车辆信息的功能，删除场内车辆信息等。本文将从这套系统开发的过程，按照软件工程的方法，从可行性分析、需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、实现和测试等方面来展示这个系统。 关键词： 停车管理 JSP Bootstrap Tkinter Opencv MySQL Tomcat Abstract With the development of all aspects of China, the speed of economic development and the level of scientific development in China are constantly improving, while the standard of living of people is also rapidly improving, Compared to more than ten years, the total number of private cars in Chinese families has doubled several times.
