However, an adverb often goes after a link verb when it is the main verb. And if there is an auxiliary verb or more in a sentence, an adverb is usually put after the first auxiliary verb(助动词). 1) Chinese people traditionally loves magpies. 2) He is often late. 3) They should continually seek the great meaning and value of life. 2.
