Studies on Screening of Strains ProducingPhytase and
Conditions of Producing Phytase

Abstract: Asp ergillus niger secreting phytasewas separated by screening and rescreening,and the conditions of pro-
ducing phytase was investigated.The results show: whenA . niger is cultivated at 37 e for 114 hours in wheat bran
solid medium added 35 percent runningwater,and phytasewas extracted by 3 percent chloride calcium solution, the

highest enzyme activitywas obtained 1.3@ 10 IU in every gram fermented product. Moreover it is better for produc-
ing phytase to add 4 percent ammonium sulfate and 0.3 percent magneium sulfate to medium.
