英文摘要Subject:Numerical 英文摘要 Subject:Numerical Simulation Research of Mechanical Properties of Optical Fiber Grating Sensor 枞 蝴蛐 心埘 似 ¨ 删 腿 峨 n 删 =Iii 戳勰 籼 ㈣㈣㈣M口N墉V见 差 w 籼 嗽龇 删删跏㈣啊删附 啪 .圣||.懈.㈣ ABSTRACT T11iS thesis focuses on the basic theoretical and numerical simulation of mechanical properties of optical fiber grating sensors,including the basic theory of fiber grating sensors, the prospects at home and abroad of fiber grating sensors;the sensing mechanism of fiber grating;the technology of sensing and increasing sensitivity;the numerical simulation of mechanical properties researches of optical fiber grating pressure and flow sensors. Firstly,the recent developments in the area of optical fiber grating sensors are reviewed. 功e key problems conceming optical fiber grating sensing technology are analyzed.劢e fabrication,temperature and pressure sensing mechanisms,the problem of cross—sensitivity between temperature and pressure of FBG are studied.The different methods of improving sensitivity of FBG are analyzed because of the low temperature and pressure response sensitivity of bare FBG Secondly,based on the above analysis,the structure mechanical properties of a fiber Bragg grating pressure sensor is simulated and optimized by using finite element software ANSYS.nle structure’S performance parameters are obtained.Make a sensor sample to do pressure experimental.ne pressure experiments are carried out within the range of O MPa'~ 50 MPa.The results show that the pressure sensitivity of sensor is about 0.03 74 nm/MPa. There are very good linearity and repeatability between the Bragg wavelength of sensor and parameter without obvious stress delay. Thirdly,,nle model of a novel FBG sensor is simulated by using ANSYS for measuring pressure.111e problem of cross-sensitivity between temperature and pressure are solved by using two FBGs(FBGl,FBG2).111e sensor’S theory is accomplished.There is a very good
