- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于FPGA的并行液晶显示系统设计 所在学院 专业班级 通信工程 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 并行液晶显示器在现代电子产品中的得到了广泛应用，而当前基于FPGA技术所开发的电子产品也越来越层出不穷，因此，本文提出了基于FPGA的并行液晶显示系统设计的设想，并给出了显示系统的设计方案以及详细的实现方法，最终将编程好的硬件描述语言下载到FPGA开发板进行了功能验证。本文的设计是将Digilent公司的Nexys4开发板作为开发平台 ，然后借用硬件描述性语言Verilog HDL来描述要实现的功能。 Nexys4开发板的核心FPGA芯片是Xilinx公司的Artix-7系列芯片。本文首先分别阐述了Nexys4开发板、Artix-7芯片、PmodCLP显示屏和键盘PmodKYPD的概况及内部电路图，其次介绍了开发板的接口方案。最后介绍了功能的设计流程图，其中包括PmodCLP显示屏产生字符的CGRAM和显示字符DDRAM的地址等的设定及字符的设定等等。 本设计是借助于ISE软件平台，在Verilog HDL的开发环境下进行的硬件语言的描述。根据总体开发板的结果验证表明，该设计达到了所预想的循环左移、双行显示、闪烁、键入一系列的功能。即本设计能够解决基于FPGA的并行液晶显示的问题，对于FPGA在液晶显示领域内未来的发展有一定的参考价值。 关键词：FPGA,；Nexys4开发板,；PmodCLP显示屏,；Verilog HDL PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 Abstract For parallel LCD widely getting application on modern electronic products and technology that is based on FPGA developed electronic products getting more and more, so this test put forward the assumptions that parallel LCD system that is based on FPGA, and also it gives design plan of parallel LCD system and detailed realizing method, at last download the hardware descriptive language into FPGA development board to carry on functional verification. The design of this text makes the Nexys4 board from Digilent company for development platform, and describe functions by hardware descriptive language . The FPGA chip of Nexys4 development board is the chip that the series of Artix-7 from Xilinx company. At first, this text separately states the summary and internal circuit diagram of Nexys4 board, Artix-7 chip, PmodCLP monitor and keyboard PmodKYPD. Secondly it introduces the interface program of development platform.
