- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于FPGA的卡式电话计费器设计 所在学院 专业班级 通信工程 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATII 摘 要 卡式电话计费器在现实生活中十分实用，源于此背景，以硬件描述语言表达设计意图，以Quartus II为集成开发环境，以FPGA为硬件设计平台对卡式电话计费器展开设计，分五个部分进行说明。 第一部分先是介绍了我国电话的发展历史和目前对于电话的研究领域和未来的电话形式。第二部分说明了电子设计技术的发展、FPGA的含义、发展潜力及其优势，并对实验系统的特点和各模块的原理进行了阐述。第三部分从VHDL和Verilog HDL这两种硬件描述语言的发展历史着手，介绍了这两种语言的特点并作了比较。第四部分则对Quartus II的特点进行了简要介绍。第五部分从设计要求入手，对卡式电话计费器的实现原理、模块设计、仿真、下载测试进行了详细介绍。 通过设置卡式电话计费器的初始金额，可进行市话、长话和特话三种通话模式，分别根据相应的计费模式控制通话、计费、告警和切断。 关键词：FPGA ；VHDL和Verilog HDL ；Quartus II；卡式电话计费器  Abstract A card telephone billing is very practical in real life, from the background, expressing design intent with the hardware description language, using the Quartus II as integrated development environment ,based on FPGA which is hardware design platform ,I designed the card telephone billing . This paper is divided into five parts to describe it. The first part introduces the development history of Chinese telephone and current research and future for telephone. The second part describes the development of electronic design technology, the meaning and advantages of FPGA, and the potential development. The part also introduce the characteristics of the experimental system and the principle of its modules. The third part describes the history of VHDL and Verilog HDL the two hardware description languages firstly, then introduces the characteristics of them, and compares them. In the fourth part, the characteristics of Quartus II are briefly introduced. In the fifth part, according to the design requirements of the card telephone billing implementation principle, module design, simulation and download the test are introduced in detail. By setting the initial amount of card telephone billing, people can communicate by the telephone in three calls mode such as local, long-distance and special calls. According to the
