项目管理学硕士学位论文浙江省高校餐饮业转型升级研究 项目管理学硕士学位论文 浙江省高校餐饮业转型升级研究 浙江省高校餐饮业转型升级研究 摘 要 近年来，随着改革开放和经济的快速发展，居民的收入水平不断增加，生活品质不断提高，我国餐饮业发展十分迅速。然而，对于高校餐饮业来说，却依然处于一个相对封闭、市场稳定、不充分竞争的状态。因此，正视高校餐饮业存在的一系列问题，并努力地解决这些困难是我们当前的主要任务。如何进一步深化高校后勤餐饮转型升级，建立与高校发展相适应的餐饮保障体系，如何进行机制创新，建立现代企业管理制度；如何强化内部管理，强化成本核算，改进生产工艺，即如何对高校餐饮业的转型升级，是我们亟需探讨的理论研究课题。 因此，本文以促进浙江高校餐饮行业转型升级为目的，对高校餐饮行业转型升级进行研究。以文献分析法和案例分析法为研究方法，并结合了项目管理理论、服务管理理论、集成管理理论、人本管理理论等理论进行本文的研究。本文首先对浙江高校餐饮业的现状进行分析，研究其三种经营模式特点，包括学校自办模式、外包经营模式以及混合经营模式。其次研究项目管理学容大后勤集团的现状，具体分析了后勤集团的优势及不足。进而分析了浙江高校餐饮业面临的问题，具体包括竞争环境问题、经费补贴问题、人才问题以及成本问题。最终界定高校餐饮业转型升级的内涵，阐述转型升级的相应要求，提出了浙江高校餐饮业转型升级的路径和一系列措施，进行高校餐饮行业社会化改革，坚持科学发展观，解放思想，创新机制，强化管理，实现浙江高校餐饮行业的转型升级。 关键词：高校，餐饮业，转型升级，措施 III University Catering Industry Transformation and Upgrading Research in Zhejiang Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of reform and economic, income level increases, continuously improve the quality of life, Chinas food and beverage industry also have a rapid development.
