学前课堂教学中儿童隐性知识地缺失性研究.pdf

摘要 当今社会，对于儿童的教育是国家和天下父母所关注的重点，但学前儿童教 育中存在各种各样的问题，其中最普遍的一个就是学前儿童课堂中隐性知识的缺 失问题。随着人们对隐性知识的重视，也逐渐发现了学前儿童课堂中也需要重建 隐性知识。隐性知识的教育，将会促进学前儿童逐步形成一定的文化素养和识物 察人的智慧，并且逐步建立敏锐的探索研究意识。 本文采用对比分析法、图表分析法、案例分析法，以学前课堂教学中儿童隐 性知识的缺失问题为主题展开研究。本文主要研究了学前课堂教学中隐性知识的 基本理论、现状与问题、隐性知识的重建，并对学前课堂教学中的3 则教学材料 进行案例研究。在基本理论部分中，研究了学前课堂教学隐性知识的类型、作用、 价值、产生、识别和转化；在现状与问题部分，分析了学前课堂教学中隐性知识 缺失的问题表现及原因；在隐性知识的重新构建部分，研究了学前课堂教学中隐 性知识的转化模式、显性化机制、以及转化障碍的消除措施。 最后，对本文的研究结论进行了综述和评价，针对学前课堂教学中儿童隐性 知识的缺失问题提出改善的建议，包括运用隐性知识转化模式和显性化机制于学 前课堂教学，从隐性知识教学的不同主体层面建立构建策略，以及通过创新学前 课堂教学形式重建儿童隐性知识。 关键词：学前课堂；隐性知识；儿童 I Study On the Problems of lacking of Tacit Knowledge in the Classroom Teaching of Pre-school Children Abstract In today's society, the education of children is the focus of national and parents, but there are a variety of problems in pre-school education for children. One of the most common problems is lacking of tacit knowledge in the classroom teaching of pre-school children. With the increasing emphasis on tacit knowledge, we gradually discovered the pre-school children teaching also need to rebuild tacit knowledge. The education of the tacit knowledge will promote pre-school children formed a certain degree of literacy and wisdom gradually, and the sense of exploration and research.
