食用油专项整治工作总结 [2013]100号文件精神，我镇于6月在在全镇范围内开展了为期1个个月的食用油专项整治工作，，现将整治工作总结如下： 建立健全食食用油生产加工、流通销售、、餐饮消费全过程的监管机制制，打击制售假冒伪劣食用油油的违法行为，进一步督促食食用油生产经营企业和餐饮服服务企业、集中用餐单位落实实索证索票和台帐登记等各项项制度，完善食用油质量安全全溯源管理措施，进一步规范范食用油市场秩序，确保人民民群众饮食安全。 二、整治治范围及整治重点 （一）整整治范围 所有取得食品生产产许可证的食用植物油生产加加工企业、食用油加工小作坊坊， 餐饮服务企业，单位（（工地）集体食堂，学校食堂堂。 1．．生产加工环节 2．流通环节 3．餐饮消费环节 三、整治步步骤 （一）动员部署阶段（（2013年6月7日前）：：各村（居）、镇直单位、餐餐饮业要结合自身实际情况以以及目前正在进行的食用油清清查工作，制定整治计划，细细化工作任务。并组织开展调调查摸底、登记造册工作，摸摸清食用油加工、经营户的数数量、分布情况，摸清餐饮服服务企业、学校食堂采购、使使用食用油来源，为专项整治治提供基本情况。 2013年66月8日至2013年6月330日）组织开展集中整治行行动，按照重点整治内容对重重点对象进行监督检查，依法法查处无证照加工销售食用油油以及制售假冒伪劣食用油的的违法行为，进一步净化了我我镇食用油市场。镇食安办组组织人员对开展专项整治工作作进行了督查。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
