To develop international service outsourcing, make for optimizing industrial structure and transformation of trade growth mode, and is important for establishment of environmental friendly and resource-intensive economy. Zhejiang should give full play to its advantages, and actively undertake outsourcing services to promote leapfrog development,upgrade industrial structure, improve the international competitiveness of service industry. In this paper, the Indian outsourcing industry as the research object, in an overview of relevant theories, based on the service outsourcing industry in India the competitiveness of both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Then, analyze of the Indian outsourcing industry by virtue of a successful development model and its advantages. Finally, according to the status of service outsourcing industry in Zhejiang Province and its problems, learn from the successful experience of India ,then make recommendations.
