Ningbo is a typical gathering of service outsourcing industry, research Ningbo how to undertake international outsourcing of production services to raising the competitiveness of the outsourcing industry has a very important strategic significance. Therefore, this paper studied the status of the outsourcing industry in Ningbo and the main features, based on Michael - Porter "Diamond Model" index analysis of the competitiveness of Ningbo, the competitiveness of the outsourcing industry advantages and problems, thus enhancing its competitiveness in industry countermeasures.
