摘要
教育行业一直以来都是各国发展战略的重点所在，近年来，由于“互联网+”产业的不断深入融合发展，传统教育也顺应时代发展的潮流利用互联网对自身进行优化发展，从而产生了“互联网+教育”，其主要特点就是依托互联网技术进行在线授课、形式多种多样、极大程度地弥补了传统教育的固有缺点。
本文集中国内在线教育以及新东方在线的发展现状进行阐述，结合在线教育行业的通病围绕新东方在线发展过程中遇到的问题进行分析。首先给出了“互联网+教育”的定义，分别从不同的角度阐述了国内在线教育和新东方在线的发展现状；其次是讨论了新东方在线发展存在的问题；然后针对问题给出对应的解决措施；最后，对“互联网+教育”模式的发展做出了总结。
本文主要创新体现在讨论了新东方在线教育发展存在的问题之后，给出了实用性较强的对策，并以新东方在线的发展作为载体去研究“互联网+教育”模式的发展，并提出在线教育并不是对传统教育的简单复制，而是二者的相互融合、共同发展。

ABSTRACT
Theeducationindustryhasbeenthekeypointofthedevelopmentstrategyofallcountries.Inrecentyears,duetothecontinuousintegrationanddevelopmentoftheInternetplusindustry,traditionaleducationhasalsoadaptedtothetrendofthetimes,andhasmadeuseoftheInternettooptimizeanddevelopitself,thusresultingintheInternetpluseducation,whichismainlybasedontheInternettechnology,whichhasmanyformsofonlineteachingandvariousforms.Toagreatextent,itmakesupfortheinherentshortcomingsoftraditionaleducation.
ThispaperpaysattentiontothedevelopmentofonlineeducationinChinaandNew-Orientalonline,andanalyzestheproblemsencounteredinthedevelopmentprocessofNew-Orientalonlinebasedonthecommonproblemsofonlineeducationindustry.First,thedefinitionofInternetpluseducationisgiven,andthedevelopmentstatusofonlineeducationandNew-Orientalonlineisexpoundedfromdifferentangles.Secondly,itdiscussestheproblemsinthedevelopmentofNew-Orientalonline;thencorrespondingsolutionsaregivenfortheproblems;finally,thedevelopmentofInternetpluseducationmodeissummarized.
ThispapermainlyreflectstheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofNew-Orientalnetworkeducation,andputsforwardpracticalcountermeasures.Whatismore,thispapertakesthedevelopmentofNew-OrientalonlineasacarriertostudythedevelopmentoftheInternetpluseducationmode.Itisalsopointedoutthatonlineeducationisnotasimplereproduct
