浅谈荆门市水产品冷链配送问题及对策.docx

摘要

近年来，随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们的饮食结构也慢慢转变为多元化、鲜度化。其中，水产品因其蛋白质含量高、脂肪含量较低、营养丰富而深受人们的喜爱。荆门市作为水产大市，水产品的销量不仅关系荆门市渔业的经济收益，还关系当地的经济发展。然而，水产品在常温下不易保存且易腐坏，因此常温下的长途运输很难保质保量。此外，人们对食品的质量安全要求也越来越高。这些都要求了水产品在运输过程中需要一个完整的保鲜系统，即全程冷链配送，同时还要缩短配送时间。但荆门市的冷链配送体系目前还不完善，缺乏水产品冷链配送中心、大型的冷库、冷链配送车辆等。而增加对水产品冷链配送的资金投入，保证水产品从产地到消费地都处于冷冻保鲜状态，不仅能扩大荆门市水产品市场，还能满足消费者需求。因此，本文将通过分析荆门市水产品冷链配送存在的一些问题，查阅有关资料，对冷链配送过程中存在的问题提出相应的对策，利用节约里程法优化配送路径，合理规划配送系统，提高配送效率，改善该市的冷链配送体系，形成规模化、快速化的配送体系，从而推动经济发展。
