摘要

全球新一轮科技革命的到来，为物流行业带来新的机遇，物流行业不断前进的脚步推动了仓库的发展。物流和仓库是互补关系，仓库是物流链中的重要环节，完整的物流链需要依靠仓库的支持。在制造业中，仓库是不可或缺的一个重要组成部分。在企业管理中，仓库的管理不可忽视，仓库中存放着众多的原材料和产成品，是企业的实体财富。做好仓库管理对企业运营发展至关重要，仓库管理完善了企业才能获取更大的利益。因为对于食品企业来说如何保证食品安全是企业生产的重点，要做到这一点首先要保证食品原材料的安全储存，如果原材料被污染则会酿成食品安全事故，危害消费者的健康，企业还会因为需承担处理污染报废的材料而产生经损失。所以食品企业要及时发现在仓库管理中有纰漏的环节，亡羊补牢，避免发生食品安全问题或给企业造成重大经济损失。本文主要以YT食品企业作为分析对象，对其作为食品制造企业的特点在仓库管的理现状进行分析，对该企业在仓库管理中存在的大部分问题进行具体的优化分析，达到公司生产卫生，利益提高的目的。

ABSTRACT
