1.reviewthejobfileofshipmentwhentakingoverfromop.
2.processingdataprogressivelyandtimelyinthesystemandensuresystemdataintegrity.
3.confirmthefiling(e.g.:ams,ens,aciandens)accordingtotheregulationsofdestinationsbeforecutofftime.
4.checkthehb/ldraftinvoicewithshipperwithin2daysbeforevesseldeparture,andrevisethedataaccordingly.
5.checkforon-boardstatusandtrackthecontaineruntilshippedonboardandvesseldeparture.
6.issueb/linvoicetoshipperaftersailing.
7.arrangeforpostingortelexreleasinghb/ltoshipperoncethepaymentissettledandtheguaranteeletterfromshipperiswellreceived.
8.preparedocumentsforpre-alertandtherelevantshippingdocs.
9.checkjobfilewithopinduetime,andpassthefiletomanagerforjobclosingwithin7daysafteretd.
10.properpaperworkarchiving.
11.ensureproperandtimelyfollow-upincaseofirregularities.
