中国人保家庭财产保险业务发展研究
摘要
我国的家庭财产保险业务虽然经历三十余年的发展,仍然处于低水平发展状态。本文将从影响我国家庭财产保险市场发展的外部因素和内部因素的两个方面，从中国人保家庭财产保险业务的发展状况入手，深入剖析影响我国家庭财产保险业务发展的内外因素，并且对于我国家庭财产保险业务的健康发展提出相关建议。
从影响我国家庭财产保险市场发展的外部环境来看,经济社会发展的阶段性决定了我国家庭财产保险有效需求不足。从影响我国家庭财产保险市场发展的内部成因来看,产品开发和销售服务水平落后制约了我国家庭财产保险市场发展的健康发展。面对影响我国家庭财产保险业务发展的内外因素，如何设计科学合理的产品，制定规范有效的制度，借鉴国外的先进经验，已成为中国家庭财产保险市场健康发展的重要命题。
本文通过对于国内外家庭财产保险市场情况和中国人保家庭财产保险业务运行状况的分析，结合对于影响我国家庭财产保险业务发展的环境和因素的研究，设计了中国人保家庭财产保险业务跨越式发展的目标和路径选择，并且对于中国人保家庭财产保险业务的发展提出了建议，争取为中国人保家庭财产保险业务的发展提供一些参考。

Thispaperstudiesthestatusofmycompany--Chineseprotectioninthedevelopmentoffamilypropertyinsurance,andbehindtheneedforreform,improvementandinnovation,toprovidesomereferencetodevelopmentthefamilypropertyinsurancebusinessforChinese.Ourfamilypropertyinsurancebusinessalthoughthroughdevelopmentofmorethanthirtyyears,isstillatalowlevelstateofdevelopment.ThispaperfromthetwoaspectsoftheexternalfactorsthatinfluenceChina'sfamilypropertyinsurancemarketdevelopmentandinternalfactorsofthefamilyproperty,developmentsituationofinsurancebusinessfromChinese,in-depthanalysisofinternalandexternalfactorsthatinfluencethedevelopmentoffamilypropertyinsurancebusinessinChina,andforthehealthydevelopmentofChina'sfamilypropertyinsurancebusinessandputsforwardrelatedsuggestions.
