摘要

正确认识网络经济，了解网络经济的开展，是我们讨论网络经济对当代企业影响的根底。研究网络经济的开展方向对现代企业管理理念、战略思想、营销策略、产品创新起到至关重要的作用。现如今，电子商务作为网络经济的核心，其开展的方向对现代企业而言是一次革命性的改变。从某种意义上说，网络经济对现代企业的竞争与开展，是一次机遇，也是一次挑战。

网络经济的兴起必将影响现代企业的生存、研发、销售、经营管理等各个环节。网络经济在全球化的经济背景下开展迅速，在不受其他因素影响的前提下终改变代现代企业内部的运作模式。网络经济会动摇传统企业固有的开展策略，动摇工业时代的经典的管理方法和战略思想。当代企业想要更好的开展就应该意识到网络经济带来的危机，并积极主动的抓住机遇，努力融入网络经济，并在融入过程中防范网络经济给企业带来的风险和陷阱，尽快的适应网络经济的开展，按照网络经济的要求优化重组企业内部的各种业务和管理模式。
