ClassArrangementIneachclass,threestudentswillrespectivelyplaytherolesofchairman,presenterandcommentator.Thefirstistoserveasthechairmanofapresentationconductedataninternationalconference.Thesecondwilldeliveranacademicpresentation.Afterpresentationhewillserveaschairmanforthenextpresenter.

ClassArrangementThethirdoneistomakecommentsontheperformanceofthechairman,thepresenterandtheaudience.Inthenextclassheistobepresenter.Thustherolesofchairman,presenterandcommentatorrotateastheclassgoeson.

ClassProceduresThechairmanfirstopensthepresentationsession,introducesrulesforthesessionandmakesanintroductionaboutthepresenterandhispresentation.Thenthepresenterdelivershispresentation.Duringtheprocessofthepresentationtheaudiencecouldfiletheirquestionswhenevertheywishto.

ClassProceduresAfterthepresenterconcludeshispresentation,thechairmanistomakeafewcomplimentaryremarksonthepresentation,chairandinspireaquestionandanswersession.Thenthechairmanistoinvitethecommentatortomakecommentsaboutthewholeroundofpresentation.

ClassProceduresAfterthecommentatordelivershiscomments,thechairmanistoconcludethewholeroundofthepresentation.Nextheinvitestheprofessortogivefinalcomments.

ResponsibilitiesandRequirementsForthechairman:Heistoopenthepresentationsessioninaproperway,introducerulesforthesession,giveanolessthan2minuteintroductionaboutthepresenterandhispresentation.Afterthepresentationheistomakepropercomments,thenchairandinspirea10~15minutequestionandanswersession.
