Especially the rapid development of high-tech, new technology, new materials in a wide range of automotive applications, automotive fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for increased certain difficulty.This paper focuses on the discussion of Santana clutch failure analysis and repair method. Clutch manual transmission is an important vehicle for assembly. There is no clutch manual transmission car wont start, and it is difficult to realize the shift transformation. In the car used in the clutch, such as inevitable, fault, directly affect the normal operation of motor vehicles. Now the car enters a family quickly, car privatization improves, so will affect the automotive fault every one of us.
