Methods 112 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects， and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method， 56 cases each. The control group was treated with captopril and nifedipine， and the observation group was given Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of curative effect， blood pressure and renal function indexes were observed. Results After treatment， the levels of SBP，DBP，Cys-C，Scr，Umaib in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P<0.05）， and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with hypertensive nephropathy， promote ···试读结束
