基于合伙人制度背景下的薪酬管理研究 ——以永辉超市为例 刘莹莹 福建农林大学东方学院人力资源管理 2016 级 摘要：在现代激烈的市场竞争环境中，许多公司会根据目前的发展情况，不断的 探索新的治理方法，以达到企业的长远发展。从 2010 年，国内陆续就有企业开始引入 合伙人制度，走上了探索的道路。越来越多的企业开始考虑在公司的发展路程中引入这 项制度。本文建立在零售行业薪酬管理的基础上，对当前其中一家大型连锁企业——永 辉超市进行研究。在零售行业中，永辉超市是第一个实行合伙人制度，所以具有研究意 义。目前，很多的大型连锁企业在一、二线城市的市场份额已经几近饱和，而这些企业 又逐步再向三、四线城市扩展。因此，现在的零售行业竞争越来越激烈，而人员的流失 一直是零售行业所面临的一大难题。永辉超市早在 2013 年便开始引入合伙人制度，在 福建与重庆地区开始试行，后面经过两年的时间全面推行，直到 2016 年全面实行。本 文将通过对永辉超市当前在合伙人制度背景下的薪酬体系进行分析，剖析薪酬制度的现 状、存在的问题以及进行原因分析，根据结果提出相关的建议。 关键词：合伙人制度；零售行业；薪酬管理 Research on Compensation management under the background of partnership system -- take Yonghui supermarket as an example Liu Ying-ying Fujian agriculture and forestry university Oriental college human resource management 2016 Abstract: In the modern fierce market competition environment, many companies will continue to explore new governance methods according to the current development situation, in order to achieve the long-term development of enterprises.
