This paper reviews the etiology of hepatitis viruses, including hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E viruses. The clinical manifestations, modes of transmission, and risk factors associated with each hepatitis virus are discussed. The therapeutic advances in the management of hepatitis viruses, including vaccination, antiviral therapy, and liver transplant, are also reviewed. The development of new drugs and emerging therapies for the treatment of hepatitis viruses is highlighted. Keywords: hepatitis viruses, etiology, clinical manifestations, vaccination, antiviral therapy 摘要: 肝炎病毒是全球肝病的主要病因之一。本文回顾了肝炎病毒的病因,包括甲、乙、丙、丁、和戊型肝炎病毒。讨论了每种肝炎病毒的临床表现、传播途径和相关危险因素。此外,也回顾了肝炎病毒治疗管理的进展,包括疫苗接种、抗病毒治疗和肝脏移植。重点介绍了新型药物和新兴疗法的发展和应用。 关键词:肝炎病毒、病因、临床表现、疫苗接种、抗病毒治疗 Introduction: Hepatitis viruses are pathogens that can cause acute or chronic inflammation of the liver. There are five types of hepatitis viruses, including hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E viruses. These viruses differ in their modes of transmission, clinical manifestations, and severity of disease. Hepatitis A and E viruses are primarily transmitted through the fecal-oral route, while hepatitis B, C, and D viruses are primarily transmitted through blood, sexual contact, or perinatal exposure. Chronic hepatitis B and C infections can progress to cirrhosis, liver failure, and hepatocellular carcinoma. In this paper, we review the etiology of hepatitis viruses and the therapeutic advances in their management. Etiology of Hepatitis Viruses: Hepatitis A virus (HAV) is a single-stranded RNA virus that causes acute hepatitis. HAV is primarily transmitted through the ingestion of contaminated food or water. The incubation period of HAV is 2-6 weeks, and the clinical manifestations include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, fever, and icteric sclera. There is no specific treatment for HAV infection, bu
