本科论文 摘 要 目前，互联网金融依托于自身开放、快捷且高效等自身优势，提高了传统金融的融 资利用效率，优化了市场经济的业务运营模式，互联网金融与经济产业的不断融合，使 其得以快速发展。但在互联网金融持续爆发性扩张的同时，隐藏的巨大风险逐步显露出 来。现阶段对于互联网金融风险的分析已成为防范化解互联网金融风险、净化互联网金 融环境的关键所在。本文基于互联网金融风险的分析及监管现状，从监管制度建设、风 控预警机制、法律法规体系、社会信用建设、市场准入退出机制五方面提出防范与监管 金融风险的对策建议。 关键字：互联网金融，风险分析，风险防范监管 本科论文 Abstract At present, relying on its own advantages such as openness, speed and efficiency, Internet finance has improved the efficiency of financing utilization of traditional finance, optimized the business operation model of market economy, and enabled it to develop rapidly. However, with the continuous explosive expansion of Internet finance, the hidden great risks gradually emerge. At present, the analysis of Internet financial risks has become the key to preventing and resolving Internet financial risks and purifying the Internet financial environment. Based on the analysis and supervision status of Internet financial risks, this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions on preventing and supervising financial risks from five aspects: supervision system construction, risk control and early warning mechanism, legal and regulatory system, social credit construction and market access and exit mechanism.
