题 目: 基于单片机的电子秤设计 PAGE II 摘要 科学社会和现代电子技术的发展,使得人们对各类电子设备在功能和精确度上有了更多的要求和新的标准。基于此,本文设计了一套可精准测量且功能丰富的电子秤方案,该方案通过称重传感器搭配电子秤专用的高增益A/D转换芯片HX711来实现对物体的称重并将称重得到的模拟量转换为单片机可以识别的数字量,并将数据传输给单片机处理,同时系统通过LCD1602显示屏对当前称重重量进行实时显示。功能的扩展则是通过按键模块来实现对重量阈值的设定,在测量的重量超过设定阈值时,系统中的蜂鸣器和报警灯会被触发提示用户称重重量超过设定阈值。 通过软硬件设计对方案进行实现,然后对设计出的硬件系统进行功能测试,分别对显示模块、称重模块、阈值设置模块和声光报警模块进行功能测试,从测试结果可以看出,本文所设计的电子秤符合设计要求,在满足设计要求的同时,还具有成本低廉、功能齐全、结构简单等优点,具有较好的社会实际使用价值。 关键词:电子秤;称重传感器;HX711;LCD显示;声光报警 Abstract With the development of scientific society and modern electronic technology, people have more requirements and new standards on the function and accuracy of various electronic equipment.
