PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 聚丙烯作为热塑性塑料在塑料领域内有十分广泛的应用。因所使用催化剂和聚合工艺的不同，所得聚合物性能，用途也不同。聚丙烯是一种结构规整的结晶性聚合物，是透明、相对密度低的通用树脂。聚丙烯树脂具有高熔点、高强度、高耐热性和耐磨性及低蠕变性，还有较好的抗张强度、屈服强度、刚性、耐应力、耐化学腐蚀和电绝缘性，并易于通过共聚、共混、填充等措施进行改性。随着我国合成工艺的不断发展，聚丙烯以其优异的性能越来越广泛的应用于各个领域，强劲的增长势头和巨大的需求潜力推动聚丙烯行业的快速发展，旺盛的市场需求同样也催生着聚丙烯产能的快速增长。因此，对聚丙烯车间的设计显得尤为重要。 通过进行本设计，对聚丙烯工艺形成初步认识。按照聚丙烯工艺操作手册，对设计的装置组成、生产方法、生产制度和工艺参数的选择确定合理的操作规程和指标。 主要是为4.9×107千克 /年聚丙烯粉末车间进行工艺设计，主体部分是聚合釜的选型设计。在确定了聚合釜浆料流量的前提下，可以得到聚合釜的直径D=3.9m，然后通过搅拌器的转速确定搅拌器的功率P=98kw。 经过最后核算，本次设计符合预期目标，各项参数均已达标。 关键词：聚丙烯；聚合釜；工艺设计 沈阳工业大学硕士学位论文格式规范 PAGE - - PAGE II Abstract Polypropylene has widespread application as the plastic polymer of hotly models in the plastic domain.
