摘 要
冷却塔是一种广泛应用的热力设备,其作用是通过热质交换将高温冷却水的热量散入大气,从而降低冷却水的温度。其冷却原理是利用水与空气流动接触后进行冷热交换产生蒸汽,蒸汽挥发带走热量达到蒸发散热。依靠对流传热和辐射传热散去工业上或制冷空调中产生的余热,降低水温,以保证系统的正常运行,装置一般为桶状,故名为冷却塔。
冷却塔是集空气动力学、热力学、流体学、化学、生物化学、材料学、静、动态结构力学,加工技术等多种学科为一体的综合产物。水质为多变量的函数,冷却的影响更是多因素,多变量与多效应综合的过程。
本文主要冷却塔的工作原理,选用类型,结构设计,并对冷却塔的外壳进行了设计,包括上塔体壳体结构设计和下塔体水槽强度计算。最后介绍了在选择使用材料时应注意的问题以及制造技术,并展望了冷却塔在国内的应用前景。

Structure Design of the Cooling Tower
Abstract
The cooling tower is a kind of widely used thermal equipmentitsfunction is thr-ough the heat exchange of the high temperature coolingwater heat into the atmosp-here, thereby reducing the temperature of cooling water. The cold is the use of wat-er and air flow after the contact heat exchanged to produce steam, steam heat to volatile evaporation dissipation, convection and radiation heat transfer principle of di-spersed or industrial waste heat generated in the refrigeration and air conditioning t-o reduce the evaporation temperature of the heat radiating device, in order to ensu-re the normal operation of the system, device is generally named for the barrel, co-oling tower.
The cooling tower is in aerodynamics, thermodynamics, hydrodynamics, chemistry, biological chemistry, material science, mechanics, static and dynamic structure, processing technology and other disciplines as one of the products. Water quality for multi variable function, cooling is multi factor, multi variable and multi process of comprehensive effect.
The working principle, this thesis mainly introduces the counter flow cooling tower type selection, structure design, and the cooling tower shell is designed, the calculation of the tower body shell design and under the tower body sink strength. At the end of the paper should be paid attention to in the choice of materials used when problems and manufacturing technology, and the prospect of cooling tower application prospect in china.
