However, in the real market, private enterprises are squeezed by the external environment and restricted by the internal conditions, leading to a difficult development of their own and restricting the further development of enterprises. The author first discusses the background, significance and method of this research, and then introduces the concept of private enterprises, external environment and internal conditions. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the external environment and internal conditions of private enterprises one by one, and finally puts forward the solution strategy, hoping to provide help for the long-term development of private enterprises and finally promote the vigorous development of China's market economy.
