PAGE PAGE 43 摘要 丁二烯是一种重要的石油化工有机原料和合成橡胶单体,是石油炼制碳四馏分中最重要的组分之一,在石油化工烯烃中的地位仅次于乙烯和丙烯,其与苯乙烯发生共聚可生成各种常用的树脂,[]且用于生产1,4-丁二醇、已二氰、乙叉降冰片烯、已二胺等常用有机化工产品,用途十分地广泛。随着我国近几年对化工行业发展越发的大力支持,国内丁二烯的生产技术不断得到了良好改进和完善,已能长期满足市场供应需求。在丁二烯生产中,裂解馏分萃取精馏是最为常见的方式,基于溶剂的差异,丁二烯的主要生产方法主要可以分为乙腈法、二甲基甲酰胺法、丁二烯抽提联合工艺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮这4类[]。本次毕业设计参考某学术论文,采用乙腈法十级年产8万吨丁二烯生产工艺,在设计过程中设计对已知基础数据进行的物料衡算和能量衡算,并根据所得数据进行换热器和塔设备的选材与设计。此次设计通过查阅文献选择确定生产工艺,并制定了工艺流程图。此次毕业设计在结合理论知识和实际生产的基础上,尽力确保计算结果的合理性,寻求技术突破,为能够更有效的利用国家资源而奋斗 关键词:丁二烯;乙腈法;萃取精馏。 80,000 Tons of Butadiene Production Process Design Abstract Butadiene is an important petrochemical organic raw material and synthetic rubber monomer.[8]is one of the most important components in the four fractions of petroleum refining carbon.[8]is second only to petrochemical olefins.
