经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 浅谈工程项目索赔管理 ——以某开发建设企业索赔为例 摘要 在竞争日趋白热化的工程承包行业，索赔不只是承包公司趋利避害、保证正当权益的关键方式，还是承包商项目监管实力的突出表现。国内建筑公司开始逐渐面向国际，加入到全球竞争中，因此有关企业就需要依照相应的惯例开展监管，此外承包商也要仔细钻研、进一步掌握相应的条例要求。现在国内建筑工程企业和其他国家的建筑承包商进行比较，不管是在施工科技部分或是项目监管能力部分都有明显的距离。国内建筑企业的具体市场一般位于亚洲以及该地区的部分国家和区域，无法全面步入发达国家的建筑行业。所以，在国内政府提倡的“走出去”的方针下，抵御其他国家同领域的竞争者就是非常重要的，我国建筑承包公司怎样才可以在更大范围内占据更广阔的市场，怎样全面使用通用施工索赔法律条文以及惯例来保障自身应有的利益，就是我们现在需要思考的事情。笔者在本文中从相关研究意义出发，地其相关理论知识进行了概述，分析了工期以及费用赔偿，最终通过案例的方式展开阐述，希望对于工期赔偿以及费用赔偿开展全面的探究。 关键词：工期索赔；费用索赔；工程项目 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 Abstract In the increasingly competitive international engineering contracting market, project claim is not only an important means to avoid the risk of loss contractor, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, but also an important manifestation of the contractor project management level. Chinese construction firms have for the international market and participate in international competition, which requires project management in accordance with international practice, the contractor needs to seriously study learning, adapt to international practices. At present, China Construction Company compared with the large foreign construction contractors, both in the technical aspects of the construction or project management level there is a big gap. Our construction company construction market, mainly in Asia and Africa, some countries and regions, it is difficult to enter the US and European construction market.
