ABSTRACTAB ABSTRACT AB STRACT As the rapid development of the information teclmolog,more and more people have the higher demands on the identity authentication.The Biometrical Identity Technolog is get more sights than ever before beacause it has the advangtages such as: high stability,well reliability and hi曲accuracy.Fingerprint Identification,as one of the biometrical identity tectmolog which is applied earlist,is applied at more and more conditions. The fingerprint lock system based on the ADSP presented in this paper is one of the application that the fingerprint recognition technolog is used in the embedded system.Generally,the embedded system is consist of the cADre processor,the logic devices,and a serials of periphrals。There are two kinds of systems,one is put the fingerprint data to the computer,and the other one Can work without the PC,which has its own processor and the memory device.But both of the two,when matching the fingerprint,the use the cllected fingprint to match the fingerprints stored in the PC or the exteral memory.Mostly the core processor will be the DSP or AR M,the logic chip will be the FPGA or CPLD.System periphral contains the exteral memory, communication interface,fingerprint gained device and other hunman—computer interaction device(for instance,led and keyborad).The system take a 1 6bit fixed point processor ADSP—BF53 1,whose main frequncy is 400MHz.ne sysytem Call realize the functions of fingerprint collect,register,match and password management.It take the SDRAM and the FLASH aS the program processing and data stored device。 In the system,the main work I have done is as the following: Take part in the development of the driver of the system based on the TMS320VC55 1 0 and the job of imgration and optimize of the fingerprint argorithm. Finish the design and realizity of the hi曲performance and low power consumtion system.The system is consist of the core process module,power management module, memory module(contains the SDRAM and FL
