Abstract :The super high-rise office tower building of second phase of Carnival Commercial Project of Fuhe Plot in Zhonghe
Town is a high-level transferred out-of-codes structure with the height of 115. 950m ，and it belongs to B-level height
building． The structural system and structural performance analysis were introduced． Based on the performance-based
seismic design method ，YJK and ETABS programs were used to carry out elastic analysis under frequent earthquake． YJK
program was used to conduct the performance analysis of key members under fortification
