测汞仪直接测定并评价鲫鱼组织中汞含量 1 2 1 1 李建新 ，李明华 ，袁金华 ，陈辉 （1. 南京市疾病预防控制中心，江苏南京 210003；2. 南京市餐饮服务食品安全监督所，江苏南京 210003） [摘要] 目的：建立用测汞仪直接测定并评价南京地区超市和农贸市场所售鲫鱼组织中的汞含量。方法：用直接测汞仪， 分别测定鱼皮、鱼脑、鱼肉及鱼籽组织中的汞含量。结果：鲫鱼组织中的汞含量呈如下规律：鱼脑 鱼皮 鱼肉 鱼籽； 鱼龄越大，体内富集的汞越多。对汞含量在0.12～20.00ng范围内呈线性关系，相关系数r=0.9999，最低检出限为0.04ng。 样品加标回收率为95.8～104.4%，RSD为1.63～2.92%。本方法与国标法无显著性差异。结论：本方法精密度和准确度较 好，测汞时无需进行样品前处理，具有取样量少，简单、准确和高效等特点，能满足样品检测的要求。 [ 关键词 ] 直接测汞仪；鲫鱼；汞含量；分析测定 Determination and evaluation Of mercury content in crucians tissue by direct mercury analyzer 1 2 1 1 LIJian-xin,LIMing-hua,YUANJin-hua,CHENHui（1.NanjingMunicipalCentreforDiseaseControl and Prevention, Nanjing, 210003,China;2. Nanjing Catering Services Food Safety Supervision, Nanjing, 210003,China） [ Abstract ] Objectives: A simple method was established to measure and evaluate the mercury content in crucians tissue obtained from supermarkets and trade markets in Nanjing by direct mercury analyzer, respectively. Methods: Determination of mercury content in the skin, brain, muscle and roe of fish were finished by direct mercury analyzer. Results: The mercury content in crucian tissue was evaluated as below: brain skin muscle roe. The results showed, the older the fish, the higher mercury content in the body of fish. The perfect linear range of the content value varied from 0.12 to 20.00 ng with a relation coefficient of 0.9999. The lowest detect limit was 0.04 ng. The recoveries were between 95.8～104.4%, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.63～2.92%. The results also indicated the little statistical differencebetweenthenewmethodwiththecurrentstandardmethod.Conclusions:Thelesssample was needed and determined directly by direct mercury analyzer without any pretreatme
