(“Walgreens”) is the largest retail drugstore chain in the United States, offering consumers a variety of basic consumer goods including household products, convenience foods, personal care, beauty care, photofinishing, and seasonal items, as well as over-the-counter and prescription medication. In addition to its well-known retail pharmacies, Walgreens also operates its Health Services division, which offers medical and prescription drug plans, and its Health and Wellness division, which operates in-store clinics.
