儿科疾病中C反应蛋白检测与抗生素合理使用的关系 【摘要】目的:探讨儿科感染性疾病中C反应蛋白(CRP)检测与抗生素合理使用的关系。方法:选择160例在我院住院治疗的感染性疾病患儿按照数字列表法随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组根据临床症状及血常规白细胞(WBC)计数使用抗生素,观察组根据临床症状及CRP水平确定抗生素的使用时间,比较CRP与WBC在儿科感染性疾病中的阳性率,观察两组患儿抗生素使用时间、抗生素费用、复发率及耐药性情况。结果:①160例感染性疾病患儿CRP检查阳性率为98.13%(157/160),血常规WBC计数阳性率为90%(144/160),两组比较阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组较对照组抗生素使用时间明显缩短,抗生素费用明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t1=11.42,t2=24.56,P<0.05);③观察组患儿停药7d复发率、耐药率分别为5%、2.5%,明显低于对照组的11.25%,8.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(?21=9.27,?22=8.15,P<0.05)。结论:CRP在儿科感染性疾病中具有较高的灵敏度,其血清水平可以作为合理使用抗生素的客观指标。 【关键词】C反应蛋白;白细胞计数;儿科感染性疾病;抗生素 The relationship between C-reaction?protein detection?and rational use of?antibiotics in pediatric diseases [Abstract]?Objective: To investigate the?relationship between C-reaction?protein?(CRP)?detection?and rational use of?antibiotics in pediatric diseases.?Method: 160 cases?of children with infectious diseases having treatment in our hospital ?were randomly divided into the observation?group and the control?group with 80 cases in each group according to the?list of number table methods,?the control group?used the antibiotics according to the clinical?symptoms and white blood?cell?(WBC)?count while?the observation group?determine?the use of antibiotics according to the clinical symptoms?and the level of CRP,?to compare the positive rate of?
