卧式离心剥壳机设计 摘 要：目前，在我国北方广大农村，小型农副产品深加工企业日益增多,油茶籽的深加工，例如榨油、食品加工等小企业、小作坊也十分普及。油茶籽的剥壳是油茶籽在取油之前的一道重要生产工序。如采用不经脱壳直接榨油的工艺，不但出油率低，而且油的质量也难以保证。因此研制适合我国农村现状的油茶籽剥壳设备，对于提高剥壳的效率、减少人力和物力资源的浪费、提高劳动生产率有重要意义。在食品加工业上，卧式离心剥壳机有着广泛的应用，本文主要针对油茶籽和油桐籽剥壳设计了卧式离心剥壳机，实现油籽的高效率剥壳。该卧式离心剥壳机实现了稳定油籽高效率剥壳，本设计用电机驱动，利用高度旋转的甩盘将油籽通过离心力告诉的甩出，撞击于挡板上，引起外壳碎裂，从而达到高效剥壳的目的。 关键词：  Design of Horizontal Centrifugal Sheller Abstract:Currently,the vast rural areas in northern China.Increasing number of small agricultural and sideline products deep processing enterprises.Deep processing of camellia seed.Such as oil extraction, food processing and other small workshops are also very popular.The peel of the camellia seed in an important production processes to take oil.Without shelling direct oil extraction process, not only the oil is low,but the quality of the oil is difficult to guarantee.Developed for rural status of camellia peel equipment, improve the efficiency of the peel to reduce the waste of human and material resources, and improve labor productivity.In the food processing industry, horizontal centrifugal sheller has a wide range of applications.The design for the camellia and tung tree seeds, peel horizontal centrifugal sheller to achieve a high efficiency of oilseed peel.The horizontal centrifugal sheller to achieve the high efficiency of stable oilseed peel.Motor drive, the design, the use of the rejection of high-speed rotating disk oilseed thrown by centrifugal force to tell the impact bezel, causing the shell fragmentation.So as to achieve the purpose of efficient peel.
