山东大学经管类本科毕业论文 第 PAGE 24页（共21页） 浅谈企业管理创新 摘 要 在目前的环境下，已不是企业“是否应该”实施管理创新，而是如何有效的实施。企业的生存和持续发展离不开管理创新。管理的新生力量在于不断创新,管理创新是企业生存和发展的主题。现代企业正面临企业内外部复杂的环境变化和国内、国际两个市场的激烈竞争挑战,为适应信息技术的发展和管理现代化的要求，现代企业应具有新的经营思路、新的管理方法和管理模式，同时还应时刻保持着对技术、制度以及市场等的创新管理和知识产权、信息以及战略机制的有效管理。这几种创新是并行的、相互促进的,都直接影响企业竞争能力和发展后劲。创新是一个非常重要而复杂的过程，它既包括技术的创新，也包括制度的创新等。成功的管理创新实质上是管理技术、管理制度、管理组织、管理市场和管理文化等多方面创新的综合体现和必然结果。 关键词：管理创新 技术 制度 生存 发展 Enterprise Management Innovation Abstract In the current environment, not the company should implement management innovation, but how effective implementation.
