自制艾灸床熏灸治疗腰肌劳损的临床研究 摘要：目的：研究自制艾灸床熏灸治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：50例腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组20例，分别对河车命强段muscular strains Abstract:Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of man-made moxibustion bed for lumbar muscular strains.Methods:50 cases of lumbar muscular stains patients were divided randomly into two groups 30 cases of treatment group and 20 cases of control group,the Heche Mingqiang section done by moxibustion treatment respectively.13 columns of moxa (Φ18mm*40mm) were applied for moxibustion treatment in treatment group, and 5 pieces of moxa(Φ18mm*200mm)were tied up to a colum for moxibustion treatment in control group. All cases of patients were done by intensive cupping and functional excercises. The clinical effect,moxibustion sense conduction, patient’s experience, operating difficulties were analysed statically after 1 treatment period in two groups of data.Results:Effective rate is 70% in treatment group,and effective rate is 40% in control group.There is stastical difference in two groups(P<0.05) ;Compared with control group, there is remarkblly stastical difference in moxibustion conduction sense,patient’s experience,operating difficulties in treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The efficacy of man-made moxibustion bed treatment for lumbar muscular strains was obvious.In addition,it should be popularized and spreaded due to the characteristic of rapid moxibustion sense, comfortable feeling for patients to accept,easy operation, harsh drugs efficacy, intense fire, strong osmosis,broad moxibustion area.
