摘 要 小型锅炉指小型汽水两用锅炉,小型热水锅炉及小型蒸汽锅炉,即:额定蒸发量(或额定热功率)不大于0.5t/h(或0.35MW) 、额定工作压力不大于0.04Mpa的小型汽水两用锅炉;额定出水压力不大于0.1Mpa的热水锅炉和自来水加压的热水锅炉;水容积不大于50L且额定蒸汽压力不大于0.7Mpa的小型蒸汽锅炉. 本课题针对中小型锅炉的控制进行了研究综合运用单片微型计算机技术与嵌入式自动化程序控制编程技术，能完成对工业现场的中小型锅炉的直接控制;能接收工业现场的传感器信号，输出控制工业常规物理量，如:压力、温度等;能根据用户工业现场的实际需要，设定上限、下限，定位设定准确，控制精度高等;强电、弱电之间采用了光电隔离，抗干扰能力强。属中小型链条式工业锅炉用的新型测控装置。 本课题对锅炉控制系统硬件和软件两个方面进行了设计.硬件系统:锅炉的温度通过数字温度传感器DS1820接入单片机,锅炉的压力通过压力传感器PT112经AD0809转换后接到单片机.单片机扩展两片8155,一片接6个LED数码显示器.3个用于显示3位温度值,3个用于显示3位压力值.还接上4个发光二极管和一个蜂鸣器用于报警.另一片接4*4键盘,用于输入温度和压力的上下限.单片机接一个2764用于存储器的扩展.单片机通过光电隔离、中间继电器、交流继电器和炉排、鼓风机的电机相连.软件设计:整个软件系统由初始化模块、主程序模块、键盘扫描子程序、检测值显示子程序和延时程序等组成.初始化模块主要是开中断,确定8155工作状态.主程序主要是调用键盘扫描子程序,输入温度和压力的上下限,并对温度和压力超过上限或低于下限时作相应的处理. 关键词:单片机;锅炉;控制系统。 Abstract Small boiler means a boiler of dual-use small soft drinks, small hot water boiler and a small steam boiler, namely: evaporation rated (or the rated thermal power) is not more than 0.5t / h) or 0.35MW), rated working pressure of not more than 0.04Mpa dual-use boiler small soft drinks; rated water pressure of not more than 0.1Mpa water pressure hot water boilers and hot water boiler; volume of not more than 50L of water and steam pressure rated not more than a small steam boiler 0.7Mpa.
